Loving all of the Southwestern/Navajo inspired pieces I'm seeing, especially the pieces by
April 77 and
Pendleton x Opening Ceremony. Definitely my favorite trend for fall, which is surprising since I'm normally pretty opposed to all things cowboy/Indian. I grew up in West Texas... where people wore cowboy boots and bucket hats for real. I tried very hard to avoid the western stigma when I was younger, but these pieces feel fresh and maybe even make me a little proud of my Texas heritage?
Nope.
